Draco's work is about creating spaces for people. Offices are all about the people who work in them, not us. We deliver office designs that reflect the image, business needs and the objectives of the clients we serve.

Knowing Trends are important. We are on top of knowing them all, but it's not the best business decision to follow or implement the latest trend...even if everyone else is doing it.
We focus on why people choose to work. Most people will say they work to create income...because they have to. The reality is most people work because they want the feeling of accomplishment, of contributing, overcoming challenges, being appreciated for a job well done. In the U.S. people assocate their success by the money they make or the revenue and profit they achieve.

It goes without saying every project must meet the stakeholders goals, must be on time and on budget. But the project is just that a project. The final design is what lives and breaths and has the potential to effect the long term company performance.
Draco is led by Suzanne H. Nicholson NCIDQ, ASID, LEED AP. Her 32 plus years of experience working with Meyer Design Inc. starting as a Junior Designer and Business Development cold caller to Project Manager and Principle-in-Charge for many large corporations interiors projects to serving as the firms Executive Vice President and COO leading and managing the interior design, managing the architectual, finance, human resources, and the technology departments has given her the mult-disciplined skill set to founding Draco CDI.
